摘要
高校岗位设置管理制度改革是深化高校人事制度改革的一项重要举措。文章通过对相关政策及部分高校操作实例的研究,阐明了高校岗位设置管理制度改革的意义,提出了改革过程中应把握的重点、难点问题及其解决的思路和建议。
The reform of post arrangement system in tertiary institutions is an important measure to deepen the personnel system reform. The authors expound the meaning for the reform of post arrangement system in tertiary institutions by the study on related polices and examples of some tertiary institutions. The article gives the difficult points and key points in the reform and also the way of solving these problems and suggestions.
