非公有制企业党组织从无到有,覆盖面不断扩大,但在发展过程中出现了一些问题,解决这些问题必须提高思想认识,创新工作方法,做到原则性、规范性和灵活性、分散性、实效性相结合。

Several problems arises in party organization during its continuous expansion after development from nothing. We should raise ideological cogitation, renovate working methods, combine the principles, standards; flexibility, dispercivity and effectiveness together in order to solve these problems.
