针刺治疗结合康复训练对中风患者的疗效研究

Study on the Curative Effects of Apoplectic Patients Adopted Rehabilitation Exercises Combined With Acupuncture Therapy

目的:通过对中风患者针刺治疗结合功能锻炼前后血浆SOD、ET、NO含量的观察,提出本治疗方法对中风治疗的有效性;方法:在治疗中风病的后期,利用康复训练中的功能锻炼方法促进中风患者的技能恢复,并对技能恢复情况作出了一定的评价;结果:针灸方法能有效调节血管张力,改善脑组织的血流量,减轻脑细胞的损伤程度,从而改善中风患者的肢体运动和言语功能;合理地运用康复训练方案,能调动机体内部潜能,调节神经中枢的兴奋性,促进新的神经元网络的建立,调动处于储备休眠状态的神经元发挥代偿作用,使患者得到最大程度的康复。结论:针刺结合康复训练能改善患者血浆SOD、ET、NO含量指标,促进中风患者的技能恢复。

Objective： Observe the contents of SOD.ET.NO in the patient＇s plasma after adopting rehabilitation exercises combined with acupuncture therapy, propose the effectiveness of this curative therapy to the apoplexy; Methods： In the late period of the treatment on apoplexy, we adopted rehabilitation exercise method to promote the skill＇ s recovery of stroke - hit patients and made some of evaluations on the conditions of the skill＇ s recovery ; Results： Acupuncture therapy could regulate vascular tension effectively, improve the blood flow of cerebral tissue and reduce the injury degree of cerebral cells, therefore, acupuncture therapy could improve the stoke - hit patient＇ s locomotive function and speech function ; proper application of rehabilitation exercising plan could mobilize body＇ s internal potential, regulate the excitability of nervous centers, promote the establishment of new neural networks and mobilize stored and dormant neurons to play an role in compensatory activities. Thus, the patient could receive the best rehabilitation after the treatment; Condusion： Rehabilitation exercises combined with acupuncture therapy could improve the contents indexes of SOD,ET,NO in the patient＇s plasma and promote the skill＇ s recovery of the stroke -hit patient.
