摘要
本文是评述四川天然气升值可用技术的第二部分,即甲烷直接转化路线,包括a.甲烷转化成含氧化合物,其中分为非催化体系和催化体系;b.甲烷直接催化转化制较重烃,其中含甲烷氧化偶联、甲烷在ZSM-5催化剂上的直接部分氧化(DPO)、非氧化条件下甲烷的芳构化以及甲烷经卤素化学活化等工艺。
This paper is the second review of applicable technologies in uplifting the value of natural gas in Sichuan,that is the direct conversion routine of methane, It includes:(a) direct conversion of methane to oxygenates, which separates into the non-catalytic ststem and the catalytic system;(b)direct catalytic conversion of methane to heavier hydrocarbons,which contains partial oxidation via oxidative coupling od methane (OCM),direct partial oxidation (OPO) of methande in the presence of ZSM-5 catalyst, aromatization of methane under non-oxidative condition,and methane activation via halogen chemistry.
