摘要
采用三环节模型及现场实测数据,对胜利炼油厂催化裂化装置,进行了能量平衡和平衡计算,并对该装置的能耗情况进行了分析。认为催化装置在能量转换环节和能量回收环节有很大潜力,指出了降低再生器及能量回收系统能耗、优化换热网络以及低温热利用是装置节能的重点,并对装置节能途径进行了探讨。对其它同类装置具有借鉴意义。
The energy balance and exergy balance of catalytic cracking unit in Shengli Refinery are computed using the three-link model and on-site measurement dta, and the energy consumptionof unit is analyzed. It considers that the catalytic unit has great potentialities in the links of energy exchange and energy recovery, and it is pointed out that the focal point of energy conservation of unit is to reduce the energy consumption of regenerator and energy recovery system ,and to improve the heat exchange system and low-temperature heat utilization, and the way of energy conservation of unit is discussed in this paper.
