摘要
本文提出了基于光激发/光伏探测特性的正偏压1-4象限集成红外收发模型,该模型采用二极管正向限压、光伏信号电阻分压取样和PNP-NPN双管直接耦合放大电路,仅用一只红外发射二极管就能同时实现发射和接收功能。最后设计了基于该模型和MSP430处理器的学习型遥控器、实验结果表明,该系统可顺利接收3-5cm距离的红外遥控器信号,并实现了远距离红外控制,是一种优异的学习型遥控器设计方案。
A positive bias 1 -4 quadrant integrated infrared transceiver model based on light excitation/photo- voltaic detecting characteristic is given. The model uses diode forward voltage - limitation ,photovohaic signal resistantseparation voltage and PNP - NPN direct - coupling amplification circuit. It can finish transmitting and receiving signal at the same time by only one infrared transmitting diode. Finally ,a learning remotecontroller based on this model and Msp430 processor is designed. The experiment results show that the system can successfully receive the infrared remote -controllerg signal at 3 ~ 5cm extent. And it can conduct remote infrared eontrol. It is an excellent learning remote - controller design project.
