从应用型人才培养目标、课程体系设置、实践教学环节等方面,对新时期应用型人才培养模式进行了实践。讨论了理论课程体系与实践教学平台,确保应用型人才的培养,并对如何加快应用型人才的培养提出了一些设想。

This paper explores the theory and practice of applied talents training model in the new ear from the perspectives of applied talents training objectives, the curriculum system setting, and the practical teaching step. Then the paper discusses how to establish reasonable theoretical curriculum system and practical teaching platform to insure the cultivation of applied talents. Finally, some suggestions on how to speed up applied talents training are put forward in the paper.
