Making scientific and reasonable talent training plans is a prerequisite and guarantee for culturing applied bioscience and biotechnology talents with great practical ability. The ＂3T＂ talent training programs which consist of three modules： theory system, test system and innovation system are established by the research and practice of undergraduate talent training plans of biological science and biotechnology specialties. The training plans particularly highlight practicality and innovation and provide guarantee for culturing applied bioscience and biotechnology talents with great practical ability.
