摘要
针对钻井完井液对裂缝性油气层的损害特点,建立了评价钻井完井液对裂缝性油气层损害程度的方法,并用该方法建立了保护微裂缝性油气层的钻井完井液体系的设计准则和新型屏蔽暂堵技术。结果表明,该评价方法较全面地考虑了裂缝性油气层的特点,并能对裂缝性油气层的损害程度进行系统评价。新型屏蔽暂堵技术对微裂缝性油气层具有很好的保护作用,暂堵剂种类在两种以上,暂堵剂颗粒粒径为平均裂缝宽度的0.9—1.0,分布范围较宽,加量一般在3.0%左右。
An evaluation method of reservoir damage against the damage feature of drill-in fluids to fracture oil-gas formation. Based on this designing criterion and new temproray plugging technique of the drill-in fluid for protecting fracture oil-gas formation are established. It is showed that this method takes into account more about the distinguish feature of fracture oil-gas formation and can be used to evaluate formation damage. The' new temprorary plugging technology can protect the micro-fracture oil-gas formation. The particle size of bridging agent equivalent to 0. 9-1. 0 average width of fracture and about 3. 0 percent dosage of bridging agent can reach good results.
