在胜利油田已完成的126口浅海定向井中有近100口井是用聚合物海水钻井液体系钻成功的。聚合物海水钻井液体系以聚合物PAC141、KPHP、SK-2为主剂,使体系具有较强的抑制地层造浆能力,实现了体系的不分散低固相;采取以液体白油润滑剂为主,以固体润滑剂HZN-102为辅的联合方式,使体系具有很强的防粘卡能力;用无荧光防塌剂MHP和抗高温降滤失剂SMP提高体系的防塌能力。该体系对油层和海洋环境无污染,性能稳定,维护简单,携岩能力强,起下钻正常,复杂情况少,在所钻定向井中共发生6次卡钻,万米卡钻率为25%。
About 100 directional wells have been successfully drilled by polymer and Sea-water drilling fluid system among 126 completed directional wells of Shengli Oilfield on the shallow-sea. This drilling fluid system mainly composed of polymer PAC-141, KPHP, SK-2 can strongly inhibit mud making formation and dis-persion. The system combining the mineral-oil lubricant of fluid at first with the lubricant HZN-102 of solid second possesses strongly anti-stuck ability and using anti-collapse agent MHP of free fluorescence, fluid loss additive SMP of anti-high temperature can improve the anti-collapse ability of this system. The system has lower pollution to oil-gas reservoir and sea, simple maintenance, strong carrying ability, normal tripping and less problems in drilling operation. There are merely 6 pipe-stuck in drilling directional wells, the ratio of pipe-stucking is 0. 0025 percent.
