多功能油井水泥外加剂J-2B具有降低浅失量、防窜、弱触变性、微膨胀等性能,与膨润土复配使用可提高水泥浆的触变性能,与硅粉复配使用可提高水泥浆的抗高温性能。使用J-2B处理剂的水泥浆(需要时同时加入膨润土或硅粉)在浅层气井、稠油热采井、救援井、调整井中的固井应用结果表明,J-2B能在各种井况下的固井中提高封固质量。

Multifunctional cementing additive J-2B has the advantage of lowering filtration, fluid-channeling , weak thixotropy and micro-swelling. This additive can improve the thixotropy of slurry in combination with bentonite, and anti-high temperature ability in combination with silica flour. The slurry may improve cement quality application in the cementing job of shallow gas well, heavy oil heating well, relief well, adjustment well; where bentonite or silica flour might be added if necessary.
