针罐结合治疗中老年稳定劳力型心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical study about acupuncture combined with cupping therapy for treating stable exertional angina pectoris in the middle-age or old patients

目的探讨针刺配合拔罐治疗稳定劳力型心绞痛的临床疗效、安全性及对运动试验参数、心绞痛发作情况、硝酸甘油耗量的影响。方法选取78例稳定劳力型心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组40例予针刺结合拔罐治疗,对照组38例单纯口服硝酸异山梨酯,均治疗3个疗程,评价临床疗效并对治疗前后两组运动试验主要参数、心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、硝酸甘油耗量进行对比。结果两组临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率(97.5%)优于对照组(81.6%)(P<0.05);两组治疗均能增加运动耐量,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);在降低心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、硝酸甘油耗量方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合拔罐的方法能改善稳定劳力型心绞痛患者的临床症状、增加运动耐量、降低心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及硝酸甘油耗量,且不良反应小。

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect, security, influence on main indices of exercise test, frequency, duration of onset of angina pectoris and consumption of nitrates of acupuncture combined with cup- ping therapy on stable exertional angina pectoris. Methods Seventy-eight patients with stable exertional angina pectoris were randomized into treatment group with the treatment of acupuncture combined with cupping therapy （ n =40） and control group with the treatment of oral isosorbide dinitrate （n = 38）. Two groups were treated for 3 courses. The clinical curative effects were appraised and main indices of exercise test, frequency, duration of onset of angina pectoris and consumption of nitrates were compared before and after treatment. Results The statistics analy- sis of clinical curative effect showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Two groups could both improve the tolerance of exercise while the treatment group had better effect than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was difference in the reduction of angina times, duration and consumption of nitrates between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Acupuncture combined with cupping therapy can improve the clinical symptoms, enhance tolerance of exercise, reduce angina frequence, duration and consumption of nitrates of the patients with stable exertional angina with fewer side effects.
