非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血管内皮生长因子的测定及临床意义

Serum concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with non-hodgkin's lymphoma

目的探讨血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者中水准及临床意义。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测39例NHL患者血清VEGF在化疗前后含量的变化。结果与健康对照组相比,治疗组在化疗前血清VEGF含量明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(113.21±23.22vs75.23±13.16,P<0.01)。未缓解组化疗前血清VEGF的含量与完全缓解组化疗前血清和健康对照组相比明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(121.33±28.47vs75.23±13.16,97.18±26.71vs75.23±13.16,均P<0.01),未缓解组化疗后血清VEGF的含量无明显下降,但明显高于完全缓解组化疗后(120.11±25.18vs78.13±32.13,P<0.01)。结论VEGF在NHL的发病中具有重要作用,可作为了解病情、观察疗效、判断预后的指标之一。

Objective To detect thechange of serum concentrations of vascular endothelial cell growth factor （VEGF） in patients with non-hodgkin＇ s lymphoma（NHL） and explore their clinical significance. Methods 39 cases of patients with NHL were enrolled in this study. Twenty patients received a complete remission and ten cases were in nonremission after chemotherapy, blood serum concentrations VEGF in the patients were detected by using ELISA before and after treatment, twenty healthy adults served as normal control group. Results Serum concentrations of VEGF in cases with NHL before treatment were significantly higher than those in normal control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Serum concentrations of VEGF in patients with NHL in the nonremission group before treatment was signifi- cantly higher than those in the remission group and the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. The serum concentrations of VEGF in the nonremisson group were not was significantly reduced and higher than those in the remisson and the control groups after treatmrnt（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion VEGF play important roles in the development of NHL and may be useful in the evaluation of the severity and the outcome in the NHL.
