摘要 介绍了以十二烷基苯磺酸为催化剂,醇酸直接酯化制备尼泊金甲酯的方法。同时对影响酯化反应因素的醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间进行了正交试验,得出了最佳酯化条件是:醇酸摩尔比10:1;催化剂用量1.13mmol;反应时间4h。平均产率可达86%,还对产品进行了熔点测定和元素分析。 The methyl paraben was prepared by direct esterification of methanol and p -hydroxybenzoic acid under catalysis of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid. Furthermore, orthogonal experiments were done on factors which act on esterification. These factors are: molar ratio of methanol to p -hydroxylzenzoic acid, quantities of catalys and reaction time. Then, the obtained optimal conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of methanol to p -hydroxybnzoic acid was 10:1; the quantities of catalysis was 1.13 mmol; reaction time was 4 h and the yield is 86%. Detemination of melting point and elementary analysis was done to the products, too.
