摘要
以对羟基苯甲酸和正丁醇为原料,在HY固体酸催化剂作用下,酯化合成尼泊金丁酯。考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂及用量、反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响,确定了较佳的工艺条件为:醇酸比为4:1,反应温度110℃,反应时间为4h,HY固体酸用量为酸质量的5%,带水剂甲苯用量为8mL。在此条件下产率可达78%左右。
The synthesis of nipagin ester with solid acid catalyst of HY type has been carried out by esterification of n -butyl alcohol and p -hydroxybenzoic acid. The dependence of alcohol-acid ratio, reaction temperature and time, the type and amount of catalysts etc were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined: for alcohol- p -hydroxybenzoic acid mole ratio of 4:1, reaction temperature of 110℃, reaction time of 4h. The quantity of catalyst to p -hydroxybenzoic is 5%, the amount of toluene of 8 mL. The yield of esterification can achieved to 78% or more.
