摘要
在稀氢氧化钠水溶液和有机溶剂的两相体系中,以季铵盐为相转移催化剂,由2-萘酚和苯氯甲烷一步合成2-苄氧基萘。反应条件温和、反应时间短、操作简单。讨论了相转移催化剂、有机溶剂、反应时间、反应温度及反应物摩尔比对合成产率的影响。结果表明,较适宜的反应条件为:四丁基溴化铵作相转移催化剂,苯作有机溶剂,反应温度为80℃,反应时间2h,2-萘酚和苯氯甲烷摩尔比为1.0:1.2。合成产率超过83%,IR光谱证实产物结构为提示物。
In biphase system of aqueous sodium hydroxide and organic solvent, by quaternary ammonium as phase transfer catalyst, 2-benzyloxy naphthalene was syntyesized from 2-naphthol and benzyl chlorine. Reaction time was short and operation was simple. Some factors effecting synthesis yield such as mole proportion of the materials, phase transfer catalyst, organic solvent, temperetrue of reaction, time of reaction were investigated. The result shows that tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst, benzen as organic solvent, temperatrue of reaction around 80℃,time of reaction at 2 hour, mole proportion of 2-naphthon and benzyl clorid being 1.0:1.2 were suitable reaction conditions. The yield under optimal conditions reaches 83%. The structure of product was proved by way of IR spectrum analysis.
