摘要
纳米硫化镉性能优越,是一种重要的光电导材料,用途广泛。介绍了纳米硫化镉的制备方法:固相法、水热法、模板法、乳液法、沉淀法、气相法等,还介绍了纳米硫化镉在催化方面以及在发光方面等的应用研究。最后对纳米硫化镉研究前景及存在的问题提出了看法。
CdS Nano-particle is a high-performance and comprehensive-application material. CdS Nanoparticle is an important photoconductive material. Synthetic methods of CdS Nano-particle, which are solid state reaction, hydrothermal thermal process, templating method and precipitation method etc, are particularly summarized. Applications of CdS Nano-particle, which are catalyst and lightening etc,are introduced in the paper.Prospect and problem of study of CdS Nano-particle are put forward.
