摘要
以偏钒酸铵和纳米碳黑为原料,先制备前驱体粉末,再将前驱体粉末在一定温度下碳化/氮化得到纳米氮化钒(VN)粉末。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对反应产物的相组成和微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:相组成单一的VN粉末可以在1050~1100℃、1h条件下获得;1100℃时VN粉末显示球形或类球形,主要由20~50nm的颗粒组成。
The precursor powder originated from the mixture of ammonium vanadate (NH4VO3) and nanometer carbon black. Vanadium nitride (VN) nanopowders could be prepared by carburizing and nitriding of the precursor at a certain temperature. The phase compositions and microstructures of the products were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show that the single phase VN powders can be synthesized at 1050- 1100℃ for lh, and the powders prepared at 1100℃ are mainly composed of 20- 50nm spherical or near- spherical particles.
