氨基酸营养干预对非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响

Amino acids nutrition intervention improves the quality of life in patients with lung cancer:a randomized clinical trial

目的观察氨基酸营养干预对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者生活质量的改善作用。方法将60例老年非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织(EORTC)生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)观测评价连续三个化疗周期,并对比它们在不同时间点的变化。结果两组患者角色功能,失眠,以及KSP评分均随时间递减,以第三周期最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);氨基酸干预因素及其与时间因素的交互作用对患者生活质量的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌化疗患者生活质量持续下降,氨基酸营养干预对其生活质量有较好的改善作用。

Objective To examine the effects of 9-AA nutrition intervention on the quality of life in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer receiving palliative chemotherapy.Methods Sixty non-small-cell lung cancer patients ready to receive chemotherapy were randomly assigned to two groups.Both groups received three cycles of chemotherapy program of 28 days.29 cases in the treated group 9-AA was given by vein once a day,500mL every time for 8 successive days and the other 31 cases in the control group were treated by chemotherapy alone.The parameters of life quality were monitored dynamically and compared at different time points by measuring EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.0 and Karnofsky Performance Status（KPS）.Results The scores of Role Functioning,Insomnia and KPS fallen,the valley value on the third chemotherapy cycle in both groups（P〈0.05）.However,comparison between the two groups showed that the Role Functioning,Insomnia and KPS in the treated group were higher than those in the control group on the second and third chemotherapy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The life quality of NSCLC patients with chemotherapy continuously decrease,and could be reversible with suitable treatment.9-AA shows a marked positive effect on the life quality of NSCLC patients.
