摘要
以乳化蜡型地板上光剂配方研究为例,说明均匀设计与调优软件可以用较少的实验次数获得较大量的信息,并可有效地进行最优配方的预测,避免实验的盲目性。所建立模型的可靠性依实验次数的累加而不断提高,7个变量时仅用26次实验即可优化出最佳配方,并使预测值和实测值仅相差3%。
The experiment points were designed in the multidimensions and the experimental data were optimized by the uniform design software. More and useful information , such as the relationships between the substance used and the effects of the substance to the qualities of the floor polishing were obtained . Later experimental data can be added to the previous data , so that the model would become more reliable , the optimum can be obtained with less work than other common methods . With only 26 experiments with 7 variables , the best formulation was optimized with only 3% deference between the data forecasted and the data detected. The flowability , brightening of the floor polishing can be modified with satisfied store stability on purpose . The uniform design can also be used in many other experiment designs and the optimization of experimental parameters.
