荞麦花叶总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠心肌超微结构的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察荞麦花叶总黄酮(TFBFL)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)加脂肪乳诱导糖尿病大鼠心肌超微结构的影响,并探讨可能机制。方法采用STZ腹腔注射加脂肪乳灌胃诱导大鼠糖尿病模型,观察TFBFL治疗前后血糖、血脂,光镜下观察心肌组织的形态结构改变,电镜观察心肌超微结构改变。结果TFBFL可降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(T-CHO)、三酰甘油(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA),改善糖尿病大鼠心脏结构。结论TFBFL对STZ所致2型糖尿病大鼠心肌的损伤具有抑制作用。 Objective To study the protection of total flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf (TFBFL) on ultrastructural organization in diabetic rats and probe its mechanism. Methods T2DM was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) and i. g. fat milk in rats. At the end of the experiment, blood fat and blood glucose were measured and the pathology tissue slices were made to observe the ultrastructural alteration under electron microscope. Results FBG, TC, TG, FFA in TFBFL group was significantly lower than those in the experimental control group. TFBFL improved the heart construction. Conclusion TFBFL could ameliorate myocardial damage in STZ induced T2DM model.
