中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Conservative Treating Ectopic Pregnancy with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2009年4月至2009年9月收治的49例异位妊娠患者的临床资料。结果2组患者的治愈率及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者的腹痛消失时间、血β-HCG恢复正常所需时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠疗效满意,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of conservative treating ectopic pregnancy with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Methods The clinical data of 49 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital 2009 April - 2009 September were analyzed retrospectively. Results There was no significant difference in the cure rate and adverse reaction rate between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. The time of bellyache disappearing, Serum β-HCG returned to normal and the hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than the control group（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The conservative treating ectopic pregnancy with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine has satisfactory curative effect, it is worth spreading.
