摘要
目的检验冠心病(Coronary Heart Disease以下简称为CHD)的血脂水平。方法39例绝经后女性冠心病(CHD)患者,40例冠脉造影无明显狭窄绝经后女性作为对照,检验血脂水平。结果载脂蛋白B及B/A比值与冠心病存在正相关。结论冠心病组多项血脂水平均未达到控制标准,故应加强控制。
Objective Test blood lipids levels of Coronary Heart Disease （CHD） patients.Methods Select 39 post-menopause female CHD patients and 40 post-menopause subjects without obvious stenosis in Coronary angiography as samples and compare their blood lipids levels.Results Apolipoprotein B（Apo B） and Apo B/Apo A are positively related to CHD.Conclusion The blood lipids levels of CHD patients do not reach the control standard, therefore, a strengthened control is recommended.
