非霍奇金淋巴瘤中IgH/bcl2易位的研究进展

摘要 染色体易位是诸多淋巴造血系统肿瘤特征性的遗传学异常现象,其表达异常可能与淋巴瘤的发生发展直接相关。t(14;18)(q32;q21)染色体易位发生在前B细胞的免疫球蛋白重链(IgH)重排过程中,也是后天获得性基因损伤[1],是B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)主要分子生物学病因,本文综述了在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中较常见的IgH/bcl2染色体易位重排现象的研究进展及检测技术。
