钻井液用两性聚合物降滤失剂SB

摘要 合成了一系列丙烯酰胺/二甲基二烯丙然氯化钠/丙烯磺酸钠/甲基丙烯酸四元共聚物,考察了此系列(SB系列)合成产物的抗盐钙性能,抑制性能,在淡水,盐水及高钙盐水基浆中的降滤失性能及所处理基浆的流变性能,与SA系列(三元)共聚物相比,SB系列在两性离子聚合物能抗盐抗钙,抑制性和降滤失能力更强,对钻井液性能的影响程度不大,是优良的钻井液处理剂。 A series of specially synthesized amphoteric SB polymers, copolymers of acrylamide, dimethyldiallylammonium chloride, sodium propylenesulfonate and methacrylic acid with higher value and different degree of cationization, are evaluated in laboratory as filtrate loss reducers for drilling fluid. It is shown that the SB polymers have similar tolerance to sodium and calcium salts, more strong inhibitory properties to shale and clay dispersion, higher filtrate loss reducing capacity and acceptable effects on drilling fluid rheologic behavior in comparison with SA tercopolymers do. These SB polymers can be used as excellent drilling fluid treating agents.
