摘要
讨论了确定钻井液降粘剂评价中使用的基浆的原则;建议采用具有明确物理意义的降动切力率(简称降切率,符号为YI,%)表示降粘效果;基于大量实验结果提出了各类基浆的配方及配制程序并对其合理性作了论证;
In this paper, the principles of formulating the basic mud for evaluating mud viscosity reducers are presented; a meaningful parameter, yield point reduction rate (YI,%), is suggested; three kinds of basic mud are selected and rationalized with their preparing procedure discussed: fresh water mud, salt water mud, and calcium mud. These are verified through determing the viscosity and yield point reduction rates, DI and YI, of several commonly used viscosity reducers under standard condition and after rolling at 150℃ for 16 hrs.
