摘要
由于计重收费对中重卡车架提出了轻量化的迫切需求,文章对6×2载货车和6×4牵引车车架分别提出轻量化方案;根据这2种方案,采用Nastran软件进行有限元分析,并提出改进方案;最后对样车车架贴应力应变片进行测试,与有限元模型进行比对。结果表明,采用改进方案已达到轻量化的目的。
Because of the fees collected according to weight, the heavy truck needed to be lightweight. Then we proposed lightweight plans for 6× 2 truck and 6×4 trailer. According to these two plans,NASTRAN software was applied to analysis, and the modification design of the frame was presented. At last, we tested the frame that was passed the pieces of stress and strain, and compared with the model of FEA. The results show that the modified plan can realize the purpose of lightweight design.
