车身铰接点作为车身各部件的主要连接部位,对车身结构设计起着至关重要的作用,其设计分析的好坏直接影响着车身结构的优劣。文章主要从车身铰接点的定义、特点、设计分析流程、工程设计内容、设计注意点以及分析计算优化方法等方面进行了探讨,并结合某国产轿车的具体车身铰接点的设计及分析优化过程,对车身铰接点设计分析方法展开了深入的研究,提出了一套行之有效的车身铰接点设计分析方法。

As the main connected positions of each component, body joint point plays a key role in the body design. The quality of body joint point influences performance of body structure directly. This paper researched mainly the body joint point from its definition, feature, design flow, engineering design content, important aspects for design and optimization calcultation. The paper has made an indepth study on the design and analytical means of body joint point based on an effective method of body joint point design of a home-made car. Then the paper put forth a set of effective methods for the design and analysie of the body joint points to optimize the performance of a car, and also advance the ability of independence design.
