涡旋压缩机在卡车上的应用研究

文章介绍了压缩机的发展趋势,描述了涡旋式压缩机的技术特点,并以某重卡为例,从热负荷计算、压缩机选型、设计校核以及试验等方面,详细阐述了涡旋式压缩机在江淮重卡空调系统上的应用研究过程。结果表明涡旋压缩机应用完全具有可行性,并且其应用在提升空调性能、降低成本上有着重要的意义。

This paper firstly introduces the developing trend of compressor and describes the technical feature of scroll compressor. Then taken one heavy truck as an example, it explains in detail the application process of the scroll compressor in the air conditioning system in a Jianghuai heavy truck from the following aspects such as the heating load computing, the matching and checking computations of compressor, and the methods of its test. The result shows that the application of the scroll compressor is completely feasible and can improve the performance of vehicle air conditioning system and reduce the cost.
