摘要
文章根据功能尺寸链理论在白车身上的应用,引进了一种基于功能尺寸的白车身构建技术,从冲压件和总成构建过程对总成功能尺寸链中的补偿环进行识别,阐述了白车身功能构建过程中各种补偿环的选择策略,为白车身功能尺寸的认可提供了一种有效、省时、廉价的保障手段。
This paper introduced the approval of BIW technology based dimension chains and some kinds of compensation techs in functional dimension chains from stamping parts and processing of welding assembly. Finally the paper explained a strategy about choice of various compensation techs in dimension chains that were applied to the functional approval of BIW and provided an effective measure to guarantee effectiveness, time-saving and cost - efficientcy for the approval of BIW based on the dimention chain.
