醚羧酸盐及其与石油磺酸盐和碱的复配研究 被引量:19

摘要 本文报道醚羧酸盐表面活性剂的应用研究结果。在考察这种非离子阴离子型表面活性剂的耐温、耐盐、耐钙能力及界面张力基础上,主要研究了它与石油磺酸盐和碱的复配性能。实验研究结果表明,这种表面活性剂与石油磺酸盐复配不仅能大大改善石油磺酸盐的耐盐性能,而且不需添加低分子量的醇即能使复配体系与癸烷的界面张力达到超低,可用于高矿化度地层驱油。 The performance properties as surfactant for EOR of three ethereal carboxylates, namely carboxymethyl nonyl phenyl polyethylene glycol ethers (NPC n) with EO number n=3,9, and 11, respectively, are investigated in this paper. They are stable in aqueous solution at 240℃. NPC 9 and 18 are tolerant to 17-18% CaCl 2 and to saturated NaCl. NPC 3 forms middle phase microemulsions without isobutyl alcohol added. NPC 9 and PS (petroleum sulfonate) in mixture have improved salt tolerance and create superlow interfacial tension and adding Na 2CO 3 enhances this effect. Such flooding systems are suitable for use in high salinity reservoirs.
