摘要
文章针对某中型载货车动力总成悬置系统的不同设计方案,利用Adams软件建立虚拟样机模型,通过实测其基本参数,对动力总成悬置系统的固有特性进行仿真计算,分析比较2种方案的悬置系统参数匹配的合理性,以求达到提高悬置系统隔振性能的目的。
The virtual prototype models for two different design schemes of truck power train mount system are set up by means of software ADAMS. With the basic parameters obtained from the test, the natural frequencies and vibration isolation performance of the truck powertrain mount are simulated, and the two different schemes of mount system are analyzed and compared in terms of the rationality of parameter matching for improving the vibration isolation performance of power train mount system.
