摘要
文章通过对某自动变速器后盖薄壁铝合金壳体,在试制加工过程中产生的加工变形进行分析,阐述了薄壁类零件发生变形的原因以及相应的解决方案,通过试验总结出合理选用刀具切削参数、优化夹具设计等方案,可以有效地解决薄壁类零件在加工过程中产生的变形问题。
This thesis analysed the rear cover thin-walled aluminum alloys components of an automatic transmission which has been deformed during the trial-manufacture, and expatiated the causes of the deformation and the corresponding solutions. The thesis summed up the scheme of the appropriate cutting parameter and the fixture by the experiment. The problem of the deformation during the machining can be effectively resolved.
