摘要
为了消除某畅销型号中卡在制动过程中产生的前轮摆振现象,提高车辆的操纵稳定性和行驶安全性,文章通过整车的变数试验和制动器台架试验,对该型号中卡的前轮摆振现象的产生机理及其振源进行了分析;试验和分析的结果表明,制动时前轮摆振是车辆制动过程中制动力矩波动造成的,与制动器结构有关,可以通过改进制动器的结构来消除制动时的前轮摆振。
In order to eliminate a kind of middle truck's shimmy phenomenon in braking procession, and improve the truck's steering stability and running security, this paper analyzes shimmy's mecha nism and sources of vibration by variable road tests and the brake staff's rig tests. The result of experiment and analysis indicate that the shimmy is generated by brake torque fluctuation when braking. It is correlative with brake staff's structure, and can be eliminated by improving brake staff's structure.
