文章分析了空气滤清器在格尔发重卡上的应用现状,介绍了油浴/干式组合空气滤清器的内部结构、工作原理和组合形式,根据重卡某车型发动机的理论要求,通过经验公式和软件工具对油浴/干式组合空气滤清器所需额定空气流量进行设计计算,并通过台架试验进行验证,结果表明该过滤系统应用于我公司重卡此车型上是完全合理的,为其他变型产品的开发提供了基础。

This paper analyzes the application of air cleaner on GALLOP heavy truck, and introduces the function, work principle and the combination form of oil bath/dry air cleaner. According to the requests of the engine＇s theories for a certain heavy truck, the flow of oil bath/dry air cleaner is calculated by means of empirical formula and software tool, at the same time, the verification is done. The result indicates the application of air cleaner on the heavy truck is reasonable, and can provide valuble references for the development of future products of different types.
