摘要
文章分析了分动器换挡机构的工作要求,介绍了一种新型的双凸轮结构的分动器换挡机构的设计思路,通过对分动器工作原理的分析,绘出换挡功能曲线,并对换挡板凸轮廓线建立了数学模型,同时对主要零部件的加工注意事项进行了分析。该种分动器换挡操纵机构在整车操纵布置较多的专用车上使用,能够简化底盘及驾驶室的布置。
The article analyses some requirements of the shift agency of the sub-actuator and introduces a method of designing a new dual-cam shift agency of the sub-actuator. Through the the analysis of the sub actuator's working principle, the shift function curve was drawn, and a mathematical model was established for the shifting plate convex contour. At the same time, some careful aspects are mentioned for the processing its main components. The kind of sub-actuator's shift control agencies is largely used in the vehicle-specific manipulation of layout, and is helpful to simplify the layout of the chassis and cab.
