The article analyses some requirements of the shift agency of the sub-actuator and introduces a method of designing a new dual-cam shift agency of the sub-actuator. Through the the analysis of the sub actuator＇s working principle, the shift function curve was drawn, and a mathematical model was established for the shifting plate convex contour. At the same time, some careful aspects are mentioned for the processing its main components. The kind of sub-actuator＇s shift control agencies is largely used in the vehicle-specific manipulation of layout, and is helpful to simplify the layout of the chassis and cab.
