文章通过与W轻卡的变速操纵机构进行对比和分析,从中找出差距并进行分析整改,从而解决HFC1042载货汽车变速操纵机构选挡不回位的现象,并进行试验验证。通过对变速操纵选挡软轴和固定橡胶垫的分析和改进,解决了变速操纵机构选挡不回位的问题,从而提高该轻卡产品的实物质量,提高驾驶人员的操纵轻便型,整体提升了变速操纵性能。

In this paper, variable-speed control organizations are compared and analysed with W light truck to find out the gaps and carry out rectification and reform. In order to resolve the problem of the election fail of the HFC1042 speed control mechanism , some experiments are conducted. Through the analyses and improvements of the manipulation of the election variable speed gear shaft and fixed rubber pad, the problems of the election fail are resolved. Thereby the physical quality of the product is enhanced, and an overall speed of handling performance is also increased.
