摘要
文章采用理论分析与试验相结合的方法,分析了某493欧Ⅲ柴油发动机齿轮室盖的声学性能,发现原齿轮室盖设计中存在的问题,采用CAE模态分析对齿轮室盖进行了优化设计。对优化后的齿轮室盖进行了试验评价,结果证明将CAE模态分析用于优化齿轮室盖是有效的。
This paper analyzed the acoustic performance of housing cover of the 493 diesel matching for minibus by a combined way of both theory and experiments. The paper found some structure defects and optimized the design by using the mode analysis. Experiment evaluation has been done about it, and the results show CAE mode analysis is effective in optimizing mechanical vibration.
