剃前滚刀型式的统一设计探究

Shaving hob type of unified design and exploration

文章通过剃前滚刀的型式设计开发与试验,分析了剃前滚刀的型式对相同模数、不同齿数的齿轮在剃滚齿加工时的影响,为剃齿加工时采用统一的剃齿刀规格提供了依据。试验表明,在加工一定范围内的齿轮时,可使用统一型式的剃前滚刀,从而可减少剃前滚刀、剃齿刀的规格和成本近80%。

On the basis of designing,developing and testing preshaving hob, this paper analyses some influences of the types of preshaving hob on the processing same number of gear module, and different in the roll teeth. For gear shaving processing , a uniformed gear shaver specification is optimized. The experiment shows that within a certain range of gear the uniformed type of preshaving hob can be used so that the specification and cost of the knife can be reduced up to 80%.
