摘要
C型压力机是汽车零部件制造中常用的一种压装设备,文章针对传统的C型压力机不能进行数字化位移及力参数测量的缺点,提出采用相应的传感器对这2个参数进行测量,同时可动态显示压装中这2个参数的变化和相互关系,以控制产品的制造和压装质量,并且通过触摸屏可对其进行数字调节。本产品的开发对于提高压装质量具有重要意义。
Pressing machine C is a common pressing equipment in the manufacture of automobile accessories. In view of the traditional Pressing machine C's disadvantages of failing to measure the digital displacement and the parameters of force, this paper adopts an appropriate sensor to measure these two parameters and dynamically displays their changes and relationship to control the product quality in the process of its making and pressing. The application shows that these technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worth of using in the improvement of pressing quality.
