摘要
全球金融危机使得高职院校毕业生面临前所未有的挑战。面对就业难的困惑,文章通过对金融危机背景下的高职院校毕业生就业的背景进行了分析,提出了高职院校毕业生就业的对策,给高职院校的毕业生就业提供借鉴。
The global financial crisis makes the graduates of vocational colleges face an unprecedented challenge. Facing the difficultis and confusion of employment, this article is concerned about an analysis of the background of graduates＇ employment in vocational colleges, proposing the strategies of employment which provide references for graduates＇ employment in other vocational colleges.
