油田注水管网清垢方法初探

A DISCUSSION ON METHODS OF REMOVING SCALE SUBSTANCES IN WATER INJECTION PIPE NETWORK

报道了新疆克拉玛依油田采油一厂注入水水质状况及注水井油管和地面注水管网腐蚀情况，分析了发生结垢、腐蚀的原因，介绍了目前油田注水管网清垢使用的两种方法（机械清垢法和常规酸洗清垢法），针对采油一厂含大量硫化亚铁的垢物，推荐了一种新的化学清垢方法（二氧化氯加盐酸清垢法），讨论了三种清垢方法的原理。

This paper described the unsatisfactory quality of injection water at the 1st oil producction factory in Karamay and, as the results, the severe scale and corrosion problems in injection wells and surface pipe network. The reasons for this are analysed. Two methods being used presently for removing scale substances in network are introduced and commentated (a mechanical and a chemical using HCl and HCl+HF acids) and a new chemical method using ClO 2+HCl acid is recommended.
