日语情境教学中移情能力的培养

摘要 移情能力直接影响到跨文化交际的质量、效果和进程。在就业竟争日益激烈的今天,作为高职院校的教师,为实现学生日语素质与日资企业需求的无缝对接,在日语教学实践中运用情境教学,培养移情能力,对于培养素质较高的日语人才有极其重要的理论与实践意义。 The Empathy Competence has directly influence on the quality of intercultural communication. As we know, to get a job is much more difficult than before nowadays. As a teacher of the university, we must use Japanese teaching situation in teaehing of Japanese. It is to achieve the students' good qualities and meet the asking of the local Japanese company. And the training of the Empathy Competence is meaningful for development of the high-quality Japanese talent.
