摘要
通过研究发达国家在非营利科研机构管理上的经验,针对我国国情和非营利科研机构的发展现状,指出我国非营利科研机构人力资源管理存在的问题并提出完善我国非营利科研机构人力资源管理的建议。
Experiences in management of human resources in developed countries were analyzed, based on which problems arising from the present management of human resources in non-profit research institutions in China were raised and their solutions suggested to improve the management of human resources in China.
