摘要
根据“两性离子聚合物泥浆处理剂作用”的原理,对磺化酚醛树脂(SMP)进行了改性,合成出了分子结构中同时具有有机阳离子、有机阴离子基团的一种新型抗温、抗盐泥浆降失水剂———两性酚醛树脂(APR)。实验证明:①APR不仅继承了磺化酚醛树脂的抗温、抗盐、泥饼可压缩性好及随无机盐浓度增加,温度升高,作用时间延长,降失水效果越好的优点,还具备了较强抑制泥页岩水化的能力,同时比磺化酚醛树脂具有较高使用效率。②两性酚醛树脂性能与其分子结构中有机阳离子、有机阴离子基团比例有关。
A new anti-temperature and anti-salt fluid-loss agent with cationic groups and anionic groups in a molecular structure has been synthesized by adopting the principle of amphoteric polymer mud additives' function. Test results show that amphoteric pherolresin not only inherit the five advantages of methyl sulfonic phenolresin (SMP), but also possess fairly good inhibition for shale hydrating and swell, high efficiency to control filtration as well. The proportion of cationic groups and anionic groups influences the properties of amphoteric pherolresin.
