摘要
建立了用微波萃取技术提取大蒜中的大蒜油的方法,并对提取物中的大蒜新素进行气相色谱-质谱分析,用外标法测定其含量。通过对萃取条件的选择,得出微波萃取大蒜油的最佳条件选二氯甲烷为萃取剂,萃取剂用量为200 mL,萃取时间为30 s。实验结果表明利用微波萃取技术对样品处理以及使用GC/MS法测试大蒜中大蒜新素,该方法具有快速、萃取剂用量少、精度好、回收率高、准确可靠等优点。
A method has been developed for analysis of diallytrisulfide in garlic by GC/MS with microwave extraction using external standard method.The optimized extraction conditions are as follows: solvent,volume of solvent and extraction time are dichloromethane,200 mL and 60 sec respectively.This methods is of simple,fast,less solvent,accurate,higher recovery,so is suitable to the determination of content of diallytrisulfide in garlic.
