摘要
结合青海大学机械系《公差与技术测量实验课》"用双管显微镜测量表面粗糙度"实验数据量大、计算繁琐等特点,采用面向对象技术,基于MFC在VC++6.0环境下开发了公差数据处理工具替代传统的手工数据处理方法。该工具可实现对显微镜读数的处理及微观不平度十点高度和轮廓最大高度的计算。应用表明,电子化公差数据处理工具能提高实验数据处理速度和精度,降低学生和教师的重复劳动。
There exist numerous roughness measurement by dual- data and complicated calculations in the experiment of surface microscope which is included in the course of tolerance and tech nical measurement experiment in Mechanical Engineering Department of Qinghai University. The tolerance data -processing tool is developed instead of former human -handling methods with the object - oriented technology and MFC in VC + + 6.0. The data by dual - microscope is handled and the point height of irregularities and maximum height of the profile are calculated by this tool. It is showed that electronic tool of tolerance data - processing can improve the speed and precision of the experiment and reduce labour.
