G蛋白信号转导调节子5在眼科的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 G蛋白信号转导调节子5 ( regulators of G-protein signaling 5, RGS5 )是RGS家族重要成员之一,不仅负向调控G蛋白耦联受体相结合的信号转导,还能抑制下游的丝裂原激活蛋白激酶通路激活。其与缺氧及病理性新生血管形成密切相关。RGS5与眼部和其他组织疾病的关系及其作用机制有待进一步深入研究。
