摘要
在对提升管反应器和烧焦罐分布参数模型进行空间离散化处理后,采用变步长Runge-Kuta法对常微分方程集中参数模型进行数值积分,即仿真。为了在仿真过程中随时观察到仿真中间结果、改变输入变量和调整控制参数等,以VisualC++面向对象开发工具开发了微机上应用的Windows工作平台HERS,界面友好,使用方便。
After spatial discreization of the partial differential equations for the reactor riser and the first stage of the regenerator,numerical integration such as Runge Kutta method was applied to the ordinary differential equations obtained.A Windows software platform,HERS,working on personal computers developed with Visual C++ Language has a friendly interface and can be used conveniently.Users can browse the realtime trend of simulation,change the value of operation conditions,feed properties,the set points of controlled variables or the manual values of manipulated variables and adjust the parameters of controller.
