摘要
为提高二灰碎石基层的平整度,在设计、拌和、摊铺、碾压等过程中,对影响二灰碎石基层平整度的因素进行分析研究,结果表明:碎石级配不良、拌和时间短、含水量不准确、"硬方"接茬及压实机械操作不规范等是造成其平整度较差的主要因素。改进施工措施、改变施工工艺等,可使二灰碎石基层平整度得到有效控制,平整度偏差符合规范要求。
In order to heighten the planeness of lime-fly ash macadam base, the factors impacting it during the process of design, mixing, spreading and rolling are analyzed. The results show that the main factors inducing bad planeness are bad mix proportion of macadam, short time for mixing, inaccurate moisture content, hard fill join and nonstandard mechanical operation. By improving construction measures and techniques, the planeness of lime-fly ash macadam base can be controlled effectively, and the planeness deflection can accord with the criterion.
